2024, I don't Hate You

This year has brought many challenges from great highs to the lowest of lows.

I have stared grief in the face this year as my mother passed early on. I worked on healing and well I know it will follow me into 2025 but I hope the distance will bring some small bit of peace.

I have let the waves of sadness, anger, fear and regret come as they need to and found pure joy In the simplest moments of my children’s giggles, a phone call and holding hands.

I quietly left the spaces that I was put in and found spaces that really wanted me there which felt really good.

I have prioritize the relationships that have prioritized me. I chose boundaries and stuck with them, as challenging as that was for me. I gave of myself, laughed as much as I could and worked hard at being the best I could be as I got through the year.

2024 was a year of grieving, finding myself and just getting through the year.

As I head into 2025, I choose the word of CONNECTION. I will work toward a connected mind, body, spirit & heart.

I have high hopes and big plans for this next year. Life will be shifting and I look forward to see what it brings.

CHEERS to the New Year! My best wishes for you in this next chapter.
