A portrait session with us offers a calm and personalized experience with the goal to put you at ease. From the moment we meet in the studio or at the perfect location we will guide you through everything so you can put your mind at ease allowing your natural emotions to shine through.

Hannah will walk you through each pose with gentle direction, ensuring that every shot captures authentic connection and personality. Whether celebrating a maternity milestone, welcoming a newborn, or gathering for a family portrait, the session balances professionalism with warmth, resulting in timeless images you will cherish for years will cherish for a lifetime.

Plan it

Planning a portrait session begins with selecting the right location and time that complements the desired mood and style of the photos. It’s important to consider lighting conditions, wardrobe choices, and any props or themes that will enhance the images. From the first email to a questionnaire and beyond communication about preferences and expectations ensures a smooth experience. Preparing in advance helps create a relaxed atmosphere, allowing natural expressions and moments to be captured authentically.

Pricing

Prints and products are treasured heirlooms that hold special meaning across generations. We believe that digital files are a must to easily share with. your friends and family and social media content. But also having tangible prints and beautifully crafted albums because they bring your memories to life in a way that feels personal and lasting. Our carefully designed packages include digital images and also a selection of high-quality prints, elegant albums, and striking wall art, ensuring your family's story is preserved and celebrated as timeless keepsakes for years to come.

Flamingo + Palm offers a full-service portrait experience designed to celebrate your family in an elevated,
effortless way. From wardrobe styling to artwork guidance, every detail is thoughtfully curated.

DETAILS

Pricing details for all session types.

Session fee of $400 includes

+ Studio or on location

+ 10 high-resolution digital files
+ Use of the client closet

+ Online gallery to choose your images
+ Pre-session consultation

+ Prompts and posing guidance

+ Collections or al-a-cart purchase

With the 10 digital images you receive a personal use release. You will also be able to choose from a collection with additional digitals, prints and products but collections aren't necessary.

Most families spend between $800 and $2500 including the session fee and collection.

Payment Plans:

$200 retainer is due at booking to confirm the session.
Remaining $200 is due 5 days before session. These are non-refundable payments and cover the photographer's time and talent.

Additional collections and al-a-cart items are a 25% paid at time of purchase with remainder paid in equal payments.

Hannah Curtis is a Portrait Photographer based in Boise, ID and happy to travel. She has 20 years of experience specializing in maternity, newborn and family portraits. With special training in Newborn photography safety Hannah wants you to have the best experience and be comfortable in front of her camera.
